| The Nirph Payroll and Labor Management (NPLM) system is designed for organizations wishing to eliminate administrative waste, fraud, and inaccuracies in their payroll process by deploying cutting-edge biometric data collection technology and easy to use administrative software.
The system handles an unlimited number of employees in organizations with multiple business locations. The number of employees is limited to the capacity and number of biometric devices deployed. The system includes a vast set of business rule options, attendance tracking capabilities, built-in history module, built-in audit module and a full suite of standard reports.
As employees clock in and out, the biometric devices collect time stamped attendance transactions. The biometric readers directly interface to the system software and an attendance log clearly displays employee attendance information by location, department, job, activity and shift. The attendance log makes the task of reviewing, editing and approving attendance records as easy as possible. Supervisors can also split time across multiple departments, jobs, shifts or activities allowing accurate job costing.
Numerous standard reports are included. Additionally, data can be exposed to third party tools via ODBC, or end users can create their own custom reusable reports via the systems report writing tools.
You will complete the payroll process in one of two ways. Customers using an internal payroll package can import compiled period data directly into the payroll package. |
